(Instead of starting a new topic I decided to post on this old one)

I recently received an order from Marco (Needed a couple of parts I couldn't find elsewhere)
Order total was US$243 + US$86 postage via USPS premium (As per their website).
After receiving the package I noticed the actual cost of postage was US$58 not $US83.
I emailed them about this & was told there was a US$25 handling fee for packing the order & sending it off.
I emailed back demanding a refund on the handling fee but haven't received any reply.

I understand the high postage costs these days but the $25 surcharge is crazy.
Won't be ordering from them ever again.

Most US companies do charge a Handling fee .....but $25.00 is a bit rich

oh and for you Nino...   so does PBR   my last box had a 15.00 handling fee
