Is great someone has been charged but two years in a school camp style prison no doupt is really no deterant.
Visited a friend who was locked up for unpaid driving offences and this place had no fences separate rooms with there own bathroom tv foxtel was more like a school camp than prison.
Prison time for unpaid fines is complete lunacy IMO and CANNOT help the "offender" or the community in any form?
Fraud, as in this case, is a different matter, again IMO.
