Finally, I have the playfield stripped (mostly)
I have left the lamp sockets at the top of the playfield as the screws are soldered to the wires, and it seems like more work than what it is worth to unsolder, clean and resolder
You will also notice that the tops of one set of drop targets is still visible
I think it is wiser for me to leave one assembled until I manage to get the other set put back together
