I think he just got his money back. TOTAN is very dear these days. 
Only in scmiko condition do they fetch good $$$$.
There is a shitload of work to be done on that pin to bring it anywhere near top $$ value.
Best of luck to the restorer...new repo playfields conming out for these. I would put a new pf in it right away.
