What's the point of having an auction if the seller just bought back most of his pins?The television ad would have cost a fortune.Renting out the pavilion at the show grounds would have cost a bit too.What's the bloody point?I would've just scared a lot of people off from buying pins.Most people would expect to get things a little cheaper at an auction. So the rationale would be that "If the prices are this much here, how much are they normally. We're not going to get one they're too expensive."And I know that every machine had numerous faults, so any one that did actually get a machine is going to be turned off real quick when they discover they bought something overpriced that they still have to spend coin on to have operating properly.Way to promote your business f*ck wit.What a joke!
