What ever happened to the posts they used to put between the flippers? I even remember a game where one circular insert popped up if you hit the correct targets> any idea of the games name?  !@#

A few system 11 games used to have this feature - Fire! comes to mind as one I've played recently, I'm sure there were lots though.
“If you wanna escape, go up to a pinball machine. There’s a magic button on the front that takes you to a world under the glass and makes the the rest of the universe disappear.”

Meteor had one.
If you don't remember the 70s then you were on drugs.
If you remember playing pinball in the 70s you were having a good time.
If you don't remember anything,  then read about it here,

First pinball I remember having up posts was a Williams Aces and Kings. it was one of my favourite machines as a kid. It also had a spinning post which I thought was really cool which I don't recall seeing again until TOTAN.
