Aladdin Pinball 1976
« on: February 01, 2013, 10:55:28 PM »
Guys,

What would an Aladdin Pinball be worth roughly?
I think playfield and backglass good but cabinet has been painted over?

Any thoughts?

Jeff

The BALLY Aladdin's Castle???

Recently overhauled one for a customer.. simple but great game with cool spinner shot and ample sized tits on the BG.

Painted cab, id take a punt at around $800 tops

Without looking at condition, 600-800 would be fair.
A good one 9/10, say $2500

About 2 years ago I was chasing one of these. I saw 3 sell all on ebay all around the same time.
One  that I actually went and checked out in the flesh . Was in good nic but needed a good going over and clean rubbers globes ect sold for $1400. Another really nice looking one (from the pics and de******ion) also sold in QLD for around $1500. The other which was a pretty rough sold for $1100ish.
This was a couple of years ago and I think prices were a bit higher then so based on this I would'nt mind paying around the $1400 mark for a nice one say around an 8/10.
Was a good fun game to play and one I remember playing back in the glory days.

Depends on the condition of the playfield and backglass. Sounds like it will need a repaint - so that works in your favor as the game is devalued.

I would offer $500-$800 "as is".

I have a VERY nice example in storage, and I'm looking forward to working on it as it is a GREAT player.

One of the rare backglass which literally means what it says.
1 or 2 can play and Aladdin looks all ready. A 9/10 Aladdin would need a pristine backglass.
