6MDM Backglass
« on: October 08, 2013, 11:19:17 AM »
Saw this on ebay:

http://www.ebay.com.au/itm/ORIGINAL-VINTAGE-SIX-MILLION-DOLLAR-MAN-PINBALL-BACK-GLASS-BALLY-/151138951172?pt=AU_CoinOp&hash=item2330956004

I gotta ask, what posseses somebody to vandalise an otherwise perfect backglass like this?

I picked up a machine a while ago that if it hadn't been vandalised the backglass would have been mint with zero lifting fading or crazing.

What a shame, backglass is in good condition for age. Some dim wit left his mark, what a turkey.
Cerium oxide and a lambs wool buffer may reduce the scratches depending on the depth.
If you don't remember the 70s then you were on drugs.
If you remember playing pinball in the 70s you were having a good time.
If you don't remember anything,  then read about it here,

I've never seen a bad 6MDM backglass.. until now! I used to have two (one in my own 6mdm, plus a spare i bought for $20) and they were BOTH PERFECT.. absolutely ZERO paint loss.

Whoever did that to this glass needs his arse kicked til his nose bleeds  ^.^
