ATTENTION TZ OWNERS - HELP!

Could somebody who owns a TZ please, please, please remove the connector to the Knocker assembly in the backbox and test to see if "Solenoid 7" is present in the SOLENOID TEST menu and/or "A3. 21" is present in the PRICING ADJUSTMENTS menu?

Yes and yes.
Just because your knocker isn't working does not change the menu burnt into the ROM, I do understand what you are looking for though as disscussed in your previous post.
I have disconnected to confirm for you they both appear, but obviously the knocker does not fire.

No worries mate, by the way my rom is the Home 9.4 ROM.

That's good, it rules out another possibility.

The jumpers were the problem! W17 and W18 had been switched off, I switched them back on and hey presto, Solenoid 7 shows up in the Test Menu
