The Pyramid is held open by a coil very similar to a flipper coil A-31272 - high and low power windings so that it can be held in the up position without the coil burning out.If that coil fails (and it did on mine, so perhaps not uncommon), the glider craft will not work.

Measure the length, width, thickness and give a glazier the measurements to be cut for tempered glass.

Slowly doing the machine up, side rails ended coming up nicely! Now while i'm waiting on some more parts to come I was thinking of ordering some LEDs instead of normal bulbs. Anyone have any info on LEDs and what ones I should be purchasing?Going from PBRrescouce my machine has 108 #44 bulbs, 10 #67s and a few #555 in the coin door. Marcos has this http://www.marcospecialties.com/pinball-parts/05-1706 but seems a bit pricey at $200, I was thinking just purchasing some LEDs through RTBB and just choosing which sections to replace with LEDs and then replace the broken bulbs with normals #47s... Thoughts?
