Flashers on Judge Dredd suddenly died

OK so none of the flashers work in game or in test mode..

- Door is closed ;-)
- Checked TP7 and it is only showing 0.6v

what to check next?

sorry, non issue was a blown (slow blow) fuse that just didn't look blown, replaced and all fine...

Yepp, best to remove the fuses to test them with a meter as they can look ok when they're not as you found, and sometimes even test ok in circuit!
