Pinball cultural icons: Novus
« on: September 30, 2014, 04:23:39 AM »
I've been cleaning up an WH20 recently (and adding some light boards from Mike at Homepin to replace the ones that someone pinched,) and just got to thinking about Novus. Everyone has it, but how did it come to be a pinball treasure?

I've obviously got too much time on my hands, but I did a little digging and made a phone call, and here, for your reading pleasure, are Some Astonishing Facts You (probably) Didn't Know About Novus...

That is some nice research, thaks for sharing.
The Novus philosophy is good, if it aint broken, dont change it. That goes right back to the very first windshield.
If you don't remember the 70s then you were on drugs.
If you remember playing pinball in the 70s you were having a good time.
If you don't remember anything,  then read about it here,

Yep good gear is Novus. I use Mill Wax as a final polish though, gives the game real pep.
If it isn't broke, it isn't pinball.

Yep Novus 2 is good for an initial periodic clean. Mills Wax or Carnauba Wax for the final coat.
