WTB Cirqus Voltaire playfield
« on: October 05, 2015, 10:51:44 PM »
I am looking to swap out my CV playfield  for a new one.
Would really appreciate any help I can get in tracking down a new playfield.

Thanks in advance

Wasn't Mirco in Germany reproducing these ?

Rick at PPS had a stack of IPB repro CV playfields when he did the buyout from Gene's bankruptcy sale, but the caveat is there are a number of issues (ink bleed and poor blackline registration) with the fields themselves and would certainly not be drop in replacements if you were looking for a mint quality playfield. The fields themselves are not dimpled so that will add more labour to the exercise for you as well. There is a reason they were listed at a heavily discounted price from other regular fields at $500.  &&

The other alternative is to wait it out for the Mirco repro playfields which were announced and slated for reproduction since mid 2013. Apparently they are being run "this year" based on email conversations I had with him earlier this year so I guess we don't have much longer to wait? Maybe by Xmas is the last estimate?

Having done a playfield without dimples and holes is a big job and one I would not do again.  Good tips from Mr Pinsanity as well.  Have you checked the usual suspects ie Mirco direct or Bestofpinball in Germany? Cv best game ever.
