Jurassic Park & Fishtales

Hi Guys,
I met a guy yesterday who is a friend of a friend. Anyway Pinballs came up in our talk and it turns out he has 2 and he is looking to sell them. He has a Jurassic Park and a Fishtales.
JP has been on my wish list so I am considering buying it off him.

This guy isn't a member of AP

I just want to get your guy's thoughts (and JP owners thoughts) about price. It is very close to Mint condition.
He bought it 2 years ago from The Pinball Warehouse in Brisbane. For you Brizzy guys that have been to the Pinball Warehouse then you will know that they do up excellent Machines.

So condition wise it is almost mint and it has the Topper

So if anyone can let me know what it is worth then that would be great and if any other JP owners are out there can you please tell me what you paid for yours.

Also he wants to sell his Fishtales aswell. I am not interested in it but I can check it out fully for any member wishing to buy it. I can take photos for you and if you are interstate I can help getting it to a Freight company for you.

Same again he bought it from The Pinball Warehouse and it is very close to Mint Condition.

Problem is that he would have paid a premium for those machines, and to sell them privately means he'll probably take a hit on the price he gets.

I'd say $2.5k for the JP in said condition.

I've seen many JP's and it depends on your interpretation of mint. If it is super clean and limited/low wear around the outholes etc with clean straight cab I reckon it would go for up to $3k possibly a tad more. But agree with Rod71, most only fetch around the 2-2.5k mark anyday.
