Hard to find , I've been looking for 18 months & have only just picked one up.(Thanks again Rackaball)
First one I've seen on Aus ebay.
I'm sure theres a few members here chasing one.

I agree must have been ugly to go to that effort of flipping them.   Im sure i have spares here if anyone does need one
