Old old Fish swims back to me! In the Net!!
« on: July 31, 2009, 11:04:27 PM »
I have allways missed my first Fishtales, sold it last year. Anyway I moved-on a pin last week, and what should pop-up!

Here's my new FT. No its not as shmick as the last one, but is pretty decent, and I scored it for a good price. Fully working, new DMD, one wear spot on PF 3mm wide I guess which I will fill. Bubble is broken at back, but from front you hardly notice. Still has lightening bolt flippers!  #*#
Just got back from a 4.5 hour round trip to pick her up, and am pretty happy :D Looking forward to getting my WCS 94 in few weeks hopefully.

Looking Good, Greg  @@*

Mark has the topper covers - that would finish it off quite nicely.

Nice catch Greg
Looks like a pretty good playfield with very little wear around the four fish. I can understand why you sold one in the past it does tend to grate on you after a while, I sold mine and then bought another and then sold that. But hey I could just go a game on Fish Tales at the moment.
Its even got the correct flippers on as well.
Darren.

I was truely sad a couple of weeks after I sold my first FT. Feels great to have another, wont be selling it this time. Original flippers is a must on this table, just too bloody easy without them (and original is best).

Spent the whole day (from 10am to 7.30pm) on the Fishy today. Cleaning, polishing, rubbers (some look like the originals...yuck!) adjusting wire ramps (wtf these were way out of alignment) and switches. Typical operaters condition I guess, was on the same site for 9 years and just taken off.

My mess:

Results: a happy/fast/nice looking, and fun pinball. 2000 bucks gets a decent machine

The one that got away.

But came back.

Good fishing story!
