Thanks to Mark C
« on: November 24, 2009, 11:14:12 PM »
I had an order with Mark and arranged to have it transported over to sunny WA inside another persons machine.  Something went astray and I never got some of the items.  One email was all it took and the items were posted - no quibbling and no postage charge - he even threw in some shooter tips I was chasing for nix.

That is the level of customer service I have previously got from Terry at Pinball Life and Ed at Great Plain Electronics in the States, and it was good to see a local trader looking after the customer ^^^

Since he would not take any $ off me I have made a $10 donation to AP to keep the karma moving!

Thanks Mark, you are an asset to AP @@*

cheers
Ian
