Yes.  I put a set into my T2.  They were brand new (full kit) purchased by a local for an upgrade for his machine, but he finished up selling it and sold them on Ebay at a fairly good price.

It made quite a difference to the sound on T2 - much more base and better sound.  I think you need the right game to put them in.  HS2 - yep, would drop one it, if I had a GNR - for sure.

But its a bit of coin to import on its own.

I have two on the way in one of Marks containers, one for the GNR and one for the Getaway.

I will let you know how it goes, but what I have been told by people who have them, they rock!

Cheers Angelo

Often thought about trying these on my AFM, although I'm not big on mods, I do like BIG sound, and some games could really benefit from the extra base. Hadn't got around to researching what if any strain it puts on the amp circuit - some of the experts here might be able to comment??

Have a set in The Addams Family

Sounds great, especially when multiball starts and the storm sounds.

Have another set to install in TZ.

Another game I think these would work nice in is Stargate. Starting to think about trying some now!

I just use speakers from WES in Sydney far far cheaper than using the kit. Pluss i use a larger size woofer. 10" or a 12" speaker. A pinball cabinet is like a huge speaker box so why not use a 12" speaker costs approx $49. Google WES speakers they have a huge range.

Not sure on cost - but the result is very nice.

i use a larger size woofer. 10" or a 12" speaker.

Would this load up the pins amp?
Obviously you would need higher output to drive the larger speaker cone, I guess you just turn the volume up more to get the higher output?

To solve this when purchasing a speaker dont buy one with a high wattage try to get one around 20 to 50 watts, this will work great.
