Does anyone know if the Aussie distributor, AMD, recieved the Iron Man games?  Aren't they in Sydney?  I know someone that is flying into Sydney next week but will only be there for one day before heading to Melbourne, then Perth.  May have time to stop by AMD if its worth the stop.
The ramp business was very very good to me.

Iron Man Review:

There are three multi ball stages:
Iron Monger
Whiplash
War Machine

There is no music, only great sounds and voice, which are exciting and fit the theme. Ball travel is very smooth and fast, so when you hit the ramps it will slow down play, which I see as a plus, as it give you time to re-group to figure where you need to go next. The mechanism that raises and lowers Iron Monger is smooth and I like the way when your game is over it stays in the up position. There are 3 spinners, that will start super pop-bumpers when all 3 are hit. Whiplash is a great feature with the magnet, when hit 4 times, you go to multi-ball and then next level you need to hit it 9 time for multi-ball.   There is a wizard mode when you collect all 5 characters.  If you collect all 6 shields on the playfield and hit War Machine for mystery award.I think this is a plus pinball for Stern and a keeper for the collector. I am sure there will be future software updates from Stern. I hope everyone gets a chance play and/or own this great pinball.

I'm guessing the two up posts shown here are for multiball lock??

Hey Nick, to answer the question about the two posts...no they don't lock the balls for multiball.  There are no ball locks on the machine for multiball the top post is a stop post that stops the ball when it's launch so that the ball will go into the ball guide lanes (one of those easy skill shot things).  The second post does stop the ball momentarily to allow Monger to raise out of the playfield.  Multiball modes are on the fly and they can be stacked.
The ramp business was very very good to me.
