Marty - I love seeing work like this - top job so far and nice detailed photo's.

The white rubber looks great , but I suggest you use black rubbers up in The Machine so that the back corner blends in much better.

I also used some cable ties on certain rubbers in The Machine to stop the balls getting stuck in there , which can happen sometimes -see here for a guide as to what I did.... http://home.kooee.com.au/brainsnap/flintstones3.htm ......about halfway down the page.

I don't think I need to say awesome effort once again Marty.

Where did you source the flipper bats from?  They look nice and I wouldn't mind a set for myself I think.

Also, I'd be interested to hear the story behind the artwork on the speaker grilles as well.  My first FS machine had the artwork, my current machine doesn't.  It would be good to know whether it was a European thing, so far it seems to be the ex-Euro machines that have the artwork more than others.  My 1st machine was a Euro import, 2nd one is an old Jap machine.

Flipper bats were purchased locally from TPF.  They were about $7.00 each (from memory).  Bit more expensive than the standard bats, but worth it IMO.

Whilst reassembling I've discovered that a wireform guide was missing completely.  Was not lost during de-construction but seems to be missing from the game.  No idea why, but at a whopping cost of $1.00 I manufactured a new one this morning.  Easy fix!

Flintstones is now finished.

Everything worked 100% at first fire up which is always pleasing!

Still need to try to source a couple of plastics, but at least we can enjoy the game now..
