OMG I FEEL LIKE A CRIPPLE OUCHHH

 ^&^   OMG Im 29 going on 90 at work today felt a slight twinge in my lower back which got worse as the day went on im now laying on the couch if i sit up it hurts like hell worst part is i cant remeber doing anything to cause it LOL  @.@

my partner has a ruptured disc in her back and it is hellish for her.

Mate speaking from experience, look after your back.  Go and see a chiropractor, it will be the best money you have spent in a long time......Dave/Silverball will back me up on this one.  Ohhh and then have a drink.

This might explain why i love old things that are way before my time its because i have an 80 year olds body maybe i should take a closer look at my birth certificate see what date i was born.   lol

I managed to get an appointment without the physio today so I'm feeling a little average at the moment let's just hope I feel better tomorrow

Never take your back for granted - always have it checked out. I should know - I have three prolapsed disks (L1-L2, L4-L5 and L5-S1) - all from lifting, moving and digging clay out the front yard when we were building.

Have it checked out, because it will settle and continually re occur until you have a treatment plan. Mine is physio and pilates. Surgery is last option these days.

Take some pain killers and go and buy a heat bag - Best $30 I've ever spent !
