Jeff,
I am not sure whether you plan on putting Led's into your machine or not, but I am just in the middle of shopping my TWISTER because the standard bulbs and colours are boring to be honest. There is too much white light (more like dull yellow from old style bulbs) so I have decided to put all different colours under anything white/clear.
Also, on the playfield, there are apx 7 or 8 white round light covers that FLASH when the ball hits the playfield targets, or the ball sets off the micro-switchs on the ramps etc. I am going to change the colours underneath almost every cover n insert.

Because the cabinet is a nice bright yellow n blue colour, I am going to put reds, greens, blues n yellow LEDS under these round playfield light covers. The white light in all the clear covers is supposed to represent "lightning" when the game is playing, but the colours from factory are just boring.

Peter (Gorgar) did a LED job on his Twister, and I think Pete did a video.

I will do a before n after video to show the difference the LED's make. See what a huge difference it makes !  ^^^

Brett,

I will look forward to the before/after video. I did not realise how much fun this game actually is!
