Bally SS series backbox cards images needed

I'm looking for the setting cards inside the backbox.
I've got images for Eight Ball, Eight Ball Deluxe, Fathom, Harlem Globetrotters, Kiss, Lost World,
Nitro Groundshaker, Paragon, Power Play, Strikes & Spares and Xenon.
The Transformer Setting, Coin/Credits, Game Adjustments, Self-Test and others.
I was wondering about the other Bally SS machines.
Perhaps they aren't that different, but I would need an image to see them.
Perhaps even a scan.
There are game specific cards among them.
The cards for the Self-Test Display Numbers and the Recommended Settings for one.
These are the card which start with number M-469-XXXX-X (numbers are used on the X's).
Please see what you have and if you can help me.

Yes, please send me anything you've got.
Scans perfered, but photo's will also do just fine.
Be sure they are readable.

Does Stern also have these cards in the Backbox?
It should be logical as they share the same style boards.
For now I'll settle for the Bally games.
If you have Stern images, I'll save them for later.

My pins are actually packed away at the moment while my gamesroom is being renovated but as soon as I get them out I'll have a look for you .

Yes, but these images will be used later on.
If you send me images, be sure to add the card size.
Without the card size I can't create a fitting reproduction.

Check this matrix to see which cards I still need.
