« on: October 02, 2010, 07:40:44 PM »
Anyone got the wiring diagram of a TAF transformer particularly want to know the 9 pin molex connector on the primary side of the transformer.
Mine has been hacked and would like to replace the connector back to original.
Thanks

Well it seems like whoever bypassed the 9 pin molex connector connected the neutral to terminal 4 instead of terminal 7 machine still worked ok without any problems anyone know what tapping that would make it ?

I am assuming 200v or 210v
i have not checked this but i have read some where about having low input voltages and how to over come them.

You could work it out if you're desperately interested.  Disconnect the incoming plug and measure the resistance between pins 3 and pin 5, call this R1. Also measure resistance between pin 3 and pin 8, call this R2.

The low tap voltage will be 230 x R1/R2
