Terminator 2 pinball
« on: January 08, 2009, 09:24:22 PM »
My T2 is up on ebay at the moment....This is the last that I'm selling....It was a tough choice between LAH & T2 - but LAH one out...I actually have more enjoyment playing it....

http://cgi.ebay.com.au/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&rd=1&item=300285411263&ssPageName=STRK:MESE:IT&ih=020

The machine itself is in A1 condition, boards & electronics etc...No faults or errors at all.  All broken playfield plastics have been replaced - except for the r/h/s skull hand on sling...

The insert decals were shot when I got it, a set from Marco's went on along with a sheet of mylar over the top...Was more of a temporary solution, to clean machine up and make ball play 100%.  I couldn't see any actual bad wear through paint etc...The plan was (later on) to remove mylar again - easy as is ontop of diamond coat), re-decal and clear.  I just didn't have time or money at the time to do it...ALso has full LED kit in pf too.

All offers between $2000 and BIN price considered!  If someone had a T2 pf, would be an A1 machine.

Best of luck with the sale, I've always liked this game - I bet as you help the new owner load it up, muffled from within you'll hear http://datacore.sciflicks.com/the_terminator/sounds/the_terminator_ill_be_back.wav

Thanks guys!

It looks like the machine may go today...If anyone is interested be quick and be sure to email me on ebay so I know its an AP member....

Finally, the machine has run flawlessly since its purchase, I've had to touch nothing in relation to boards etc, not even adjust a switch....Only the decals and pimping with LEDs.

Was purchased from a very good dealer!

Marty, I have a mate who is very interested he is going to have a look at it on ebay and get the ok from the 'fun police' and I'll let you know if he gets the ok.
That is if it has not already been sold.
Matt.

Update..

KTM450....If your buddy is still interested then let me know..

Basically I've removed the listing, mainly as I was continually getting offers of around $1000 to $1700.  I understand the market is down at the moment, but I took a BIG hit on my Simpsons, so I didn't want to give the Terminator away for nothing...I thought the price was fair, but I also understand people purchasing machines from non-dealers w/o warranties.

With the clearing of my upright, RaveRacer and Simpsons, has cleared some space and $$.  So unless KTM's bud is keen I will keep her.  Don't really want to part with it anyway...
If she's a keeper, I'm going to redecal the PF - IF i can get better inserts (ie with the proper white outline unlike the last) and the decals for the Terminator shoulders I will clear coat it.

I wouldn't accept anything under $2000.00 as well, even with the PF repair, mine was bought with a couple of cracked inserts for $2000.00 back in 99 and wouldn't part with it for under $2000.

Good point - $2000 is an absolute steal anyways, unless it is to another friend, or forum member  ^^^
