Fish Tales LED ROM?

Hi Guys,

Whacked a few LEDS in my Fish Tales and it looks great, but having some trouble with ghosting. I grabbed the latest ROM and the WPC Patcher but it couldn't read the ROM correctly. No other ROMS around that I can see. What's the best course of action from here? Don't have a rom burner but I'll build one if I have to. Prefer to buy a burnt ROM if they're cheap since I only have one machine.

Other question is about the GIs. I know they flicker because they're running AC. Are there drop in LEDs for them or do I have to change GI to DC to use LEDS?

I have a problem reading it also. It can't find the lamp matrix signature.

It's a pretty popular machine so I'd be surprised if no one did a LED mod on it.

I fitted an led to one of the inserts on brett's fishtales & tested it with the original rom first. the ghosting was very noticeable, it was flickering even when it was not supposed to be lit.
I then fitted the patched rom and the flickering / ghosting disappeared all together. and there where no checksum errors. i will P.M. you my details.

no ghosting anymore. before the patch it was crappy, afterwards excellent.

gee those LEDS look bloody good in fishtales.
