Bally Lost world, reminds me of the old days,,,,
« on: August 28, 2011, 11:56:38 PM »
When I hear the sound of a Bally Lost World, Playboy, Star Trek, or Kiss the sounds so remind me of the old days shelling out 20c bits into theese games. I spent many hours playing pinball in the old pin parlors in melbourne. Had good days and bad days, one day you get a lot of credits $#$ and the next the ball keeps going down the guts ^&^    Thoes where the days.

Sold my Lost World not too long back.
It was a game a really liked to play and found that people would gravitate towards it after playing all the otjer machines. LW was always the tournament game.
Its basically a classic EM in an SS package with REALLY cool celtic artwork.. theres more to LW than meets the eye. I always had to tell people to rack up the letters and then hit the captive ball as much as poss to get all the extras.
Classic game... love this one

Classic Bally from an era that almost every game was brilliant. If you can't own a Paragon, this is a good substitute !

Yep, I always liked playing Lost World at the Cannington AMF bowling alley about 1980 I think.

The colours are visually stunning, but its a pity it has no drop targets, I think thats the only thing that lets it down, but yeah otherwise Great game.
