Just finished building & installing my version of the well known Piano mod.
I made this one using a die-cast metal pencil sharpener (pic 1).
You'll notice the lamps face towards you on this one. I did this to utilise the existing sharpener hole.
I do like the look a little better than the usual red plastic model.
BUT - I would never entertain making one this way again as it's a
monstrous pain in the arse to do
