I not sure if this has been threaded - had a look and couldn't find, sorry if there is.

This vid shows a light show on a building with a guy actually playing - dud playfield layout  %.%, but interesting.

I know the sounds but can't work out where from.

I have a sneaking suspicion that the sounds are from the Pinball game included in Windows XP :D

I'd say it needs a flipper rebuild kit.  If you watch some of the other videos of that building they have some really neat graphics.  Especially the grand opening day of the business.
The ramp business was very very good to me.
