Great designer, lived to a grand old age and was a part of the industry from flippers until now, sad day for pinball.

One of the forefather's of Pinball. Had a long and prosperous life. He was a pinball legend well before his death and he will be remembered for his contribution to the industry.

Thanks for everything Steve.

Rest In Peace.

That's really sad.
I've seen a few interviews with him and he seemed like a really nice, genuine guy.

Rest in peace Steve.

Sad news, insprirational man, who was sharp as a tack right to the end, I listened to a recent interview of his a little while back he has some great memories of his career and the way he worked from the production line to be a designer. RIP Steve

An article from today's Sydney Morning Herald.  http://www.smh.com.au/world/design-wizard-whose-flippers-gave-birth-to-modern-pinball-20120229-1u338.html.

Not often at all where someone can be in a job for so long, enjoy it as much as he did, and best of all, had alot of fun along the way.
