GI Lamps all out mystery..
« on: April 09, 2012, 05:53:27 PM »
Howdy, just looking for a bit of help with my pin,
I have just recently got my gorgar to finally fully function, except for the General illumination..
I hadn't had any of the gi lamps working until today when I left the machine turned on while I was busy, when I came back all the lights were on (bar a few blown ones). All excited I decided to play a game as soon as a bit of movement happend the lights went out and I cant get any of them back again. I've wobbled every loom, tested straight out of the transformer and have no voltage at all. Does anybody have any ideas to what may have caused this and why the lights won't come back. I'm pretty frustrated after spending the whole day on ol gorg's.
Any help much appreciated

I'd check the tension on your fuse holder make sure it's holding the fuse tight

Ha, good point. I had played with the holder earlier today suspecting the problem, felt pretty good. But I just double checked and made a few adjustments and a quick clean of the contacts and on the went! Looks unreal now! Thanks alot for your advice!
