Cool gun game
« on: August 23, 2012, 08:09:09 PM »
No doubt youve all seen this on Ebay already... very cool gun game made by SEGASA. The themes probably not as good as monsters or space ( LOL- my 2 gun games) but it is machine gun action which is way cool.
Dont be scared to pick this up.. SEGASA used all WILLIAMS parts to make their machines, so all coils etc can be found relatively easy..

It has a background that is static and the Diarama in front which is figures that are normally on a plate or pulley system that loops... you fire at the targets and a coil pulls in and the target then falls backwards so you cant see it anymore. All EM gun games have this to a certain extent.
My MONSTER GUN has a dual plate Diarama,
Viewed like this as a game

And this is the Diarama... 2 spinning discs that turn in opposite ways. The round monster targets when hit fall backwards taking them out of target.. illusion is that they disappear

The gun has an arm under the cabinet.. this has a single point contact on it. This wipes over a board with copper rivet contacts which are all wired to the coils and score relays. When gun and wiper are touching, pulling the trigger allows a path to ground and so the target falls
