Extra ball and Special on Tron!

We were wondering why our "extra ball" and/or "special" never lights up when you get the ball into the mini arcade. We have tried different percentages through the adjustments, but can still never get it to light up. Has anybody got any suggestions as to what to set it to so that it comes up a couple of times. Its on the new tron pro, so has the latest version installed. Any ideas??

I did all that to mine and I've only seen extra ball come up once (and it was a major event) in the hundreds of games I've played on it.

Unfortunately there is no "earnable" extra ball on Tron Pro.

The only way to get an extra ball on Tron is from an arcade award, I.E. "Light Extra Ball" and "Extra Ball"

Tron owners (including myself) have been screaming at Stern for an earnable extra ball since the machine came out but it has fallen on deaf ears.

The arcade awards are completely random and hardly ever show up. The adjustments menu does nothing it is a big tease.

          Didnt Stern promise they were going to do the updated code if people bought the 100 Tron version 2 machines......   

and it was to be available by Xmas 2012.....If I owned a Tron or Tron V2, I would be writing to John Borg via the contact us list on the Stern website and ask when the update code will be available.....this has to get done for all Tron owners...

OR you can ask Bruce-AMD and get him to officially ask Stern as the Australian agent for Stern.......
