I didn't know designers did these strange things
« on: February 14, 2013, 11:45:15 AM »
I got this from another site http://www.jeff-z.com/pinball/redpost/redpost.html and it would be interesting to see how many here may have had this red post and flung it thinking it was an operator mistake or short cut.

is there any other strange signature stuff certain designers did on their games?

I had the red post on my old Chicago but in my research of the game I discovered this was a sig of the designer so kept it as was.

I say 'had' as I recently sold this game.
I need more room ! and more $$$

On Cirquis Voltaire, there is a note underneath a plastic thanking you for cleaning under the plastic

Very interesting piece of trivia.
I have Breakshot coming soon so it will be interesting to see if it still has the red post.
If it doesn't I think I'll put it back :)

There's a "V" sign for "victory" or "peace" on the DE Star Wars. You can see it under the Death Star after you remove it !

I think JPop had a thing for cows too!  Try MOO as initials for highscore on CV or TOM
