Hinge/slide mechanisum
« on: June 07, 2013, 12:48:55 PM »
As some of you know I have been fixing up a Getawat HS2.
I have been having troublee with the playfield slides/hinges. they dig into the case and have damaged the braid.

Can anyone show me how they are supposed to be setup?

Simon.

A tealight candle rubbed over all sliding parts will make it very smooth for years

So it turns out both slide/locks are damaged, I have had one welded already. I didn't notice the second one was just not as badly.
Anyone else have this problem?
Simon.

Does happen unfortunately.  Wayne does have new ones and other associated parts for mechanism.
