looks like it has water damage to the back box.
Restore or parts ?

Colours are all faded. Cabinet looks like it has been through some meteorite showers. Speaker just hanging in there. Needs lots of $ and tlc. I wouldn't pay over $500.

Could be either - depending on the final price, which should be $350 - not the starting bid of $750 !

Playfield is ok, backglass is faded and the cabinet is poor. Looks like one of the games that you hope the boards are pristine !
