The kits are already made up into packs. ALL kits ship from the Homepin factory in Shenzhen, we don't hold any stock in Australia so it doesn't matter where in the world you are the delivery time is about the same. Actually it's probably faster to the USA as I send them EMS to the USA as EMS provides more solid tracking.

I am estimating less than 7 days delivery to the USA.

We now also include a pre-wired mini plug and socket with leads for remote battery box mounting (if the builder chooses the battery option) and an 8 way DIP switch for language/options setting.

Works great Mike. 
I was only a little worried when I plugged in the supply power connector and it seemed like nothing happen. It was actually running, I just had the LEDs in the wrong way.
