Moderators: Number of Attachments per Post
« on: May 05, 2014, 06:06:31 PM »
To the moderators - is there any chance you can increase the number of attachments possible per post from 4 attachment to something higher, perhaps 10?
Ordinarily this is probably not an issue - but i've found that it is a nuisance in my build log as more often than not i need to attach more photos in 1 thread than continually spamming my own thread - if that makes sense, lol

Is this possible?

Edit: just saw the suggestions sub forum - please feel free to move there if needed.

Thanks

We are in the middle of some backing up processes and upgrading of the forum software. We don't really want to fiddle with settings right now during this process. Once we have finished the upgrades, we'll review this and see what can be done as the new forum software will likely handle the attachments differently.

The best way to deal with posts with multiple pictures is to upload to one of the picture storage sites and link them - photobucket or flickr are popular.

Once I get around to updating the forum software, there could be other options.
