Update (after a long hiatus)
She's nearly finished now and all systems work in test mode
Here's some pics of how it looks without the transparent cap (read P/F glass) and humbucker PU in the way.
Also a shot of the wiring for the LED insert display and "GI". Plus a shot of the effects module which is activated by the "Start" button.
There
is a TILT warning lamp in the "backglass" which actuates via a mercury switch when the guitar is held upright.
