That implies that the work is still to be done
do you pay upfront and hope it is up to standard, but what if it not?
What if he is late?

I think the work has been done and finished but 8 weeks build? Surely not 8 40hr weeks/320 hrs?

Dealers sell like this all the time. Take photos of a "fully done up" machine previously completed and then prepare that same title to a lesser standard. I these games frequently.

This seller does not seem to be a dealer.

Finny is a great restorer. Quality will come in spades. Spending that amount of cash on a T2 is another story though.
