Where best to start? GTB EM 100s not scoring

Powered up the Super Spin today. All playing well except ...
100s not scoring. Ball hits the 100s bumper - nothing. Ball goes down a 100 scoring lane - nothing.
When the game was over and I pressed the credit button - the score motor continued to tick over.
Any suggestions where to start?

First manually move the score reel to zero and see if that stops the score motor from running.

Will check it tomorrow night.
If that stops the score motor, what's the best next step to find the 100s non-scoring fault?

Next id manually activate the 100 point relay with a game started which should activate the 100 point reel if the score changes then the fault is further down the line
