Judge Dredd [Melbourne]
« on: August 02, 2009, 10:44:39 AM »
Here's a Judge Dredd starting at a fair price: http://cgi.ebay.com.au/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=180389781386

Given it looks to be in pretty good condition, it should sell at $2,000. 6 months ago I would have said it would reach $3,000, but these days I am not so sure it will make that sort of figure. Maybe a final figure of $2500 or so?

I missed out on a Judge Dread about 18 months ago.  Found it in the Trading Post, fully working for $400.  !!!

Rang the guy within about 2 hours of it being advertsied and it had been sold.  The guy told me he could not belive how many people were calling for it cuase he didnt think pinball was popular anymore.

I used to say this game was underrated, deserved more love. Now if you read RGP I start to feel it is getting too much love! It's a fine game, but way short of ever making anyone's A-list. Be interesting to see what this one gets, it looks pretty decent. Needs the Dreadworld mod  though (he doesn't mention it so probably hasn't got it) http://pinbits.com/index.php?main_page=product_info&products_id=136

Has this been on Ebay before?  There was someone in Beaumaris selling one a little while back.

If it has been on before, I missed it - just took particular notice as I played MarkC's JD at the Melbourne meet.

Well, it ended up at $2800, which seems like a pretty good return.
