Well thanks to the skill of a couple of members - Ian (63wizz) who drew particularly good plans, and Matt (KTM450) who made it, take a look at this. Thanks guys, you're part of a growing list of members helping bring what was a basket case back to life.

Holy Shit Matt that looks awsome.   Whats this crap about getting it laser cut you nailed it with a Drill i know how hard Stainless is to drill let alone look good  YOU DA MAN ()
