As the title would suggest, could I please get an idea of a private sale price on a Gtb Jacks Open.  I know it all depends on condition so I will try this.....

Price of a project machine/poor condition?

Price of a nice machine/above average with things like globes, rubbers and minor adjustments to make?

Price of an excellent machine/shopped machine with nothing to do?

Would range from $600 to $1200 for a private sale - as long as you don't hear them mutter the word 'eBay'

One sold only yesterday for $1760, so I hope they didn't see that.

If its one you really want, negotiate upto 1500 for a good one privately.
