OK Seawitch is here. It arrived strapped to a pallet with bubble wrap and then wrapped again in plastic. Very well packed! Unpacked it set it, it works fine plays great.
Payfield - Some wear around inserts and some ball swirl but that's about it, just needs a good clean up. Mostly covered in mylar or contact which i may remove but is un-noticable so i might just leave it. One broken plastic, the blonde babe on the left, but considering the speed of this machine i'm not surprised I might just put perspex under it, or may get repro plastics. Cab - is a bit faded and dirty and a bit stained too but i reckon will clean up beutifully.
Backglass - the dark blue has been touched up a fair bit with an airbrush or spraygun. A fair bit of cracking in the paint when you look from the back, BUT, from the front, looks pretty good! When the machine is turned off and no lights behind it, it looks great, my first impression was WOW, so i think it's passable until a repro comes along, if not i can live with it no prob.
As far as the dealer (for those who were following the Seawitch Ebay thread), he was OK. Did not stuff around, the thing works (I'll have a closer inspection inside though), it arrived promptly. So overall i would say not a bad experience.
One gripe, the pics on Ebay weren't the best, they made the broken plastic and touched up backglass un-noticeable, but, I'm happy I did not pay top $$$ for this and I can't believe i own a SeaWitch
.
Just a couple of quick crappy camera phone pics...
