What is the difference with the prefix on Bally coils? IE. I need a AN-26-1200 but can only find AE-26-1200 and a AE1-26-1200. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

Well you have 26 gauge wire 1200 windings, so if it physically fits, it will be fine - ensure that if it comes without a diode you add one. It's possible that the different letters signify a different solder lug configuration.
Not sure if your specific coil is mentioned here, but good reading to understand coil difference.
