It has just been announced that a new GILLIGANS ISLAND MOVIE is going to be released in the next 6 months.

DO U THINK the Gilligans Island Pinball will go up in price if the movie is a winner ?

(Did Star Trek 25th pinball go up in price with the recent movie release?) 

In any event, the Gilligans Island Pinball looks like a bunch of fun with one of the best backglasses around ! IS GILLIGANS A FUN PINBALL MACHINE ?

I don't think the movie will renew interest in the pinball.

From memory, quite a solid game. Certainly not great, but a good solid title that you wouldn't be disappointed in for the right price. Obviously the more you like Gilligan's Island, the more appeal the game will have.

I just love the colourful backbox artwork on Gilligans. Translite just full of colour and very very bright which makes the game a real nice looker.

Cant go wrong with the audio show theme either. Probably known in every country of the world !

Gilligan was always the biggest idiot on TV before homer simpson showed up.  You can laugh at Homer, but i just always wanted to punch Gilligan repeatedly ! Bit of a retard character ! Amazing the skipper didnt just bury him or drown him down the beach.

I love the way the professor makes every thing out of coconuts.
then there was that one episode where a huge telephone cable washed up on the shore and the cut it open, then it was washed back out to sea and they weren't to worried because they new someone would have to come and repair it because the sea water would corrode it but gilligan said we they wont have to worry about that as he had wrapped it up so well that no water would get into it.

I've a GI ,it's actually not a bad simple game , music's good, game is easy to follow etc etc .
Out of all my line up it's the 2 nd  busiest pin played when visitors come over .
First is IJ4 ,the others MM,MB   etc etc don't even get a game

yeh its funny that some of the most recognisable games like gilligans gets such a good first response/approach.

Popeye is one out of my 25 that gets players on it first and sometimes the most. Most cartoon type pins always seem to be well regarded.

Stern really need to release an "A" Grade title. I'd like to see a real winner like Spiderman. GI has been done, so they will need to look at something else.

Need a good license to "theme" the machine.
