Mine arrived on Monday !! Thanks again Michael.
I had a quick look at it, looks great , but had to hand it over to the kids to wrap up for me for Christmas.
I can't wait to get it tomorrow & have a good read.
This will be the first & only time I'm awake before the kids on Christmas morning. :lol
Man I'm feelin' like a kid on Christmas eve again. :lol

Sorry to say Mike isn't a member and wont be  *.*

He has been 'bitten' by other forums in the past....

His 'ears' on this forum (and the others) are yours truly, so he does get to hear what is going on.

Tony,

That is a shame as Michael would be a very valuable part of the forum. He helped me out big time sourcing a Rocky and Ali as well as your Meteor this year. Have all his books now and he is always willing to help me out.

Ive spoken to Michael about joining the forum. His reasons for not joining ANY forum are quite clear and if i were in his shoes, id feel the same. However, this site does have his support and as Tony has pointed out, he is Mikes ears for these things.
Mikes books are his contribution to the whole of the pinball community, the offers for his books at cost price on this forum and the other are testament to his passion to the hobby and those within it.
Mikes a rare breed in this hobby, there is no other like him..the guy is STRAIGHT UP. Those that have bought machines through Mike know just how willing he is to link people up to machines they desire. The guy knows EVERYONE and if there is a machine out there - he knows who owns it and whether its for sale or not..
Tell the truth... He aint got time for a forum... he's already on about 400 emails a day!

Just finished reading Michael's latest book and even though I do not own any EM's, found this book to be the most enjoyable to read out of the four.

I can see what you mean know about these games Tony. The artwork on some of those 50's Gottlieb games are incredible for their time.

Would be nice to add one of these to the collection at some stage next year.
