Windows Picture Viewer has a resize function. Maybe the software that came with your camera has some photo editing capability.

For me, this is the best pinball site around (well, after mine of course %$%).

The atmosphere is great, a bit of playful shit stirring, and lots of friendly helpful people... what more could you want!
