BALLY SS ISSUES

Without spending hours reading clays does anyone have any ideas why when in lamp test a pop bumper coil pulses to the light flash????

Is the lamp for the bumper flashing with the G.I too?  Its not shorting or powering coil is it?

Simple idea Marty but i never thought to check ill have a look next time im over at the guys house
